ARTICLE III
Seconda~ Truets
Upon the death of Heary C. Hitch, I direct that the property described on the
schedule shall be imrnediately divided into separate trust estates as on said
schedule identified and indicated, to be held and administered by the Succesaor
Truatees hereinafter designated, as separate trusts for the uses and purposes ,
and upon the terms and conditions as hereinaiter set forth:
A. Henry C. Hit~h Ranch Trust
The property described on the schedule attached, and identified with the
H e n r y C. H i t c h R a n c h T r u s t shall be held and administered upon
the following terms and cc~nditions:
1. This trust shall be known as the H e n r y C. H i t c h
Ranch Trust.
2. I direct that so long as my son, H. C. Hitch, Jr. shall
desire to use and occupy this trust property, that he
be permitted to do so as tenant in possession thereof,
being restricted and conditioned in such use aad enjoy-
ment by the applicable conditions and requirements of
` thia trust agreement. Trustees shall be obligated for
Lhe payment of taxes and insurance, and H. C. Hitch,
Jr. shall maintain and keep the premises in good re-
pair, reasonable wear and tear excepted. During the
period of any such occupancy, he shall be liable to the
trust therefor only for the following annual cash rental,
to -wit:
(a) If my wife, Christine W. Hitch, ahall survive me,
~ then during the period of her life the annual cash sum
df Thirty Five Thonsand Dollars;
(b) Following the death of my wife, Christine W. Hitch,
the annual. cash s um of S e v e n t y T h o u s a n d D o 11 s r s,
3. My Trustee shall collect the income from the property
herein conetituted, and shall divide the net ~income at
convenient intervals, at least annually or more frequently
during the continuance of the trust, ia the following man-
ner and proportiona:
(a) One-ha]f thereof to my son, H. C. Hitch, Jr. during
his lifetime.
(b) One-fourth thereof to my daughter, Joyce Hitch Gray,
during her lifetime;
(c) One-fourth thereof to my daughter, Marjorie Hitch
Price, during her lifetime.
