(d) Upon the death of any of the above named children, his ~ y~ f
or her share of the trust estate shall be held and'administered
as provided in the administrative provisions in Article IV.
4. I direct that my beloved wife, Christine W. Hitch, shall have
the right for her life to reside in our homestead situated upon
~~the Ranch property without charge. Upon her death, I direct
that Paul Henry Hitch shall have first right for his life to re-
side in such homestead, Should Paul Heary Hitch not elect to
reside therein, then I direct that James Charles Hitch shall
have the right to reside therein for his life. In ali instagces,
it is my wish, and I so direct, that all furniture and furnish-
ings not otherwise disposed of -by me, either by Will or by a
letter of direction, shall be considered as a part of homestead.
5. I hereby appoint and designate Christine W. Hitch, H. C. Hitch,
Jr. , Marjorie Hitch Price and Joyce Hitch Gray as Co-Trustees
of this trust. In the event of the death, resignation, inability
or refusal to serve of my wife, then H. C. Hitch, Jr. , Marjorie
Hitch Price and Joyce Hitch Gray shall serve as Co-Trustees.
In the event of the death, reaignation, inability or refusal to
serve of my son, H. C. Hitch, Jr. , then my grandchildren,
Paul Henry Hitch, Jane Joyce Hitch and James Charles Hitch,
at such times as they shall individually attain the age of 21 years,
shall serve as Co-Trustees, together with the Co-Trustees
above appointed.
In the event of the death, resignation, inability or refusal to
. serve of my daughter, Marjorie Hitch Price, then my grand-
son, Karick Asa Price shall serve as Co-Trustee together with
those above appointed.
In the event of the death, resignation, inability or refusal to
serve of my. daughter, Joyce Hitch Gray, then my grandchildren,
Bradford Hitch Gray and Christina Gray, at such times as they
individually shall attain the age of 21 years, shall serve as Co-
Trustees together with those above appointed. ~
6. In keeping with my desire to maintain the Henry C. Hitch Ranch
as a unit, I direct that during the term hereof, my Trustees shall
have no power to sell, exchange, transfer, mortgage or encumber
any of the land transferred to them hereby.
B. THE FLORIDA TRUST
The property described on the schedule.attached and identified with the Florida
Trust shall be held and administered upon the following terms and conditions:

1. This trust shall be known as The Florida Trust, ~
2. My Trusteea shall collect the income from the property herein
constituted, and after payment of all expenaes incident thereto,
shall divide the net income at convenient intervals at least an-
nually, or more frequently during the continuance of the trust, ~
in the following manner and proportions: ~
