(a) One-half thereof to my daughter, Marjorie Hitch #y,~,~
Price during her litetime;
(b) One-fourth thereof to my daughter, Joyce Hitch
Gray during her lifetime;
(c) One-fourth thereof to my son, H. C. Hitch, Jr.
during his lifetime.
(d) Upon the death of any of the above named children,
his or her share of the trust estate shall be held and
adminietered as provided in the administrative provi-
sions contained herein in Article IV.
4. I hereby appoint and designate Marjorie Hitch Price,
H. C. Hitch, Jr. , Joyce Hitch Gray and Karick Asa
Price as Co-Trustees of ttua trust.
C. MINERALS TRUST ~
The property described on the schedule attached and identified with the
Minerals Trust shall be held and administered upon the following terms .
and conditions:
1. This trust shall be known as T h e M i n e r a 1 s T r u s t,
and in keeping with my desire to maintain the mineral
properties as a unit, I direct that during the`term hereof,
my said Trustees shall have no power to seli, exchange,
transfer, mortgage or encumber any of the properties
transferred to them by this instrument.
2. My~Trustees shall collect the income from the properfiy
herein constituted, after payment of all expenees i.nci-
~ dent thereto, and shall pay the net income at convenient
~ intervals at leaet annually or more frequently during
~ the continuance of this truet, in the following manner
and proportions:
~ (a) One-third thereof to my daughter, Joyce Hitch Gray
during her lifetime;
(b) One-third thereof to my daughter, Marjorie Hitch
Price during her lifetime;
(c) One-third thereof to my son, H. C. Hitch, Jr. during
his lifetime.
(d) Upon the death of any of the above named children,
his or her share of the trust estate shall be held and .
administered ae provided in the administrative provisions
contained herein in Article IV.
