In the event of the death, resignation, inability or refueal to aerve of my daughter, Marjorie Hitch Price, then Karick Asa Price shall Aerve aa Co-Truetee together t~rith the Co- Trustees above named. In the event of the death, resignation or inability or refusal to serve of my son, H. C. Hitch, Jr. , then Paul Henry Hitch, Jane Joyce Hitch and James Charles Hitch, at such tirnes as they ahall individually attain the age of 21 years shall serve as Co-Truateea together with the Co-Trustees above named. In the event of the death, resignation, inability or refusal to serve of my daughter, Joyce Hitch Gray, then Bradford Hitch Gray aad Christina Gray, at such timea as they shall indivi~dually attain the age of 21 yeara, sha11 serve as Co- Trustees together with the Co-Trustees above named. A.RTICLE IV Adminiatrative Provisions The Trusts hereinabove constituted shall be held and administered in accord- ance with the following instructions and directions. 1. All references to lawful issue shall be deemed to include legally adopted children and their lawful isaue. 2. I have made directions in the trust hereinbefore constituted for distribution of income therefrom to my children during their lives. I hereby direct that upon the death of any of my said children while receiving distributioa of income under any of the trusts, that the income proportion therein directed to such child be then distributed to that child~s issue as followa: H. C. Hitch, Jr."~ -Per Stirpes Joyce Hitch Gray - Per Stirpes Marjorie Hitch Price--2/3rds to Karick Asa Price 1/ 3rd to W. K. Price, III until termination and distribution of this truat.
