The trusts hereinbefore constituted shall terminate at the _ #~y3i death of the last surviving grandch3ld among those who are livin.g at the time of the death of the firat to die of my wife and me. Upoa such termination, I direct that the corpus and all ~distributed income of till of the trusts hereinbefore constituted be distributed to the sur~riving issue of my said grandchildren, per atirpes. 4. In the event that any beneficiary of a trust estate created herein, or any portion hereof, shall be leas than twenty- one yeare of age when any income or corpus shall be pay- able to him or her under t~he terms of such trust, or for any reason aha~ll in the opinion of the Trus~ees be unable to properly administer such income or corpus, the Trustees shall make such payments in one or more of the following ways; (a) By using the income or corpus directly for the support, maintenance, education, comfort and medical care of such beneficiary; . (b) By paying it over directly to such beneficiary; (c) By payi.ag it over to the legal guardian of such bene- ficiary; (d) Or by paying it over to any relative or friend of such beneficiary to be expended by such relative or friend for the support, mairrtenance, education, comfort and medical . care of such beneficiary. 5. No beneficiary of any trust created Y~erein shall during the continuance of the trust acquire any right' in or title to any corpus or income otherwise than by and through the actual payment of such corpus or income by the Trustees ~o such ~ - beneficiary, subject to the proviaions of paragraph 4 of this Article; nor shall any beneficiary have the right or power by draft, assigament or otherwise to transfer, assign, anti- cipate or mortgage, or otherwise to encumber in advance any corpus or income or to give orders in advance upon the Trustees for any corpus or income; nor shall any such in- terest of any beneficiary be subject to seizure or sequestra- tion for the payment of any debts, torts, alimony, separate maintenance or other liabilities of any such beneficiary, or to be transferable by operation of law in case of insolvency, bankruptcy or otherwiae. 6. Irrespective of any other proviaion contained herein, it is expressly directed that in no event shall any part of the trust estate be held in truet for a longer period than ie allowable urider the lawa of the State of Oklahoma in force at the date of my deaYh, and at the expiration of that time the entire corpus and all undistributed income of the trust estates sha11 be paid over to and distributed among the beneficiaries en- titled thereto, in the same proportions to which they are entitled to such income.
