AMENDMENT TO TAUST AGREEMENT ~y;~
Dated_January, 2~ 1965
THIS AMENDMENT, Made thie 30th day of June, 196?, by and between HENRY
C. HITCH, hereinafter referred to as " T r u s t o r", and the Trustees herein-
after named and deaignated, hereinafter referred to as "T r u s t e e", whether
one or more: -
WI~REAS, under date of January 2, 1965, Trustor tranaferred and conveyed
to Truatee all real property owned by Trustor into three separate trusts, being
TRUST A: HENRY C. HITCH RANCIi TRUST
All real property owned by Trustor and aitu-
ated in the States of Oklahoma, Kansa~ and
Texas, less and egcept all oil, gas and other
minerals.
TRUST B: THE FLORIDA TRUST
All real property and property intereats owned
by Trustor and situated in the State of Florida,
escept ownership arising by virtue of any part-
nership intereat or ownership of corporate stocke.
TRUST C: THE MINERALS TRUST
y All oil, gas and other minerals owned by me

and wherever aituate.
AND, WFiEREAS, Trustor now desires to transfer and convey to Trustee all
personal property and interests in all personal property of whatever kind and
nature, including partnership interests and corporate interests, to Trustee,
which shall be referred to and known as
TRUST D; RESIDUARY TRUST
All peraonal property and property intereats
owned by Trustor, including but no limited to
all partnership interests and interests in cor-
porate stocke;
AND, WHEREA3, such personal property shall be held, adminietered and
distributed by Trustee and succeaeor Trueteea, in truat, for the usea and
