or interests in partnerships and/or
corporationa in the 3tate of Florida
and any business interests owned by
me, at the time of my death, situate
in the State of Florida, be made to my
beloved children in the following pro-
portion.s: Marjorie Hitch Price,
One-half. If she should not survive me,
then this one-half intereat ahall pass in
the following manner: to K a r i c k A e a
Price, two-thirde; to W. K. Price,
III, one-third. To Joyce Iiitch
G r a y, one-fourth; and to H. C. Hit c h,
J r., one-fourth, provided they survive
me. If they, or either of them, do not
survive me, then the bequest passing to
~ such child shall pasa to hia or her bodily
issue, per atirpes.
4. From the balance of the property in the hands of Trustees,
Trugtees shall collect the income from the property herein
constituted, after payment of all expen8ea incident thereto,
and ehall pay the net income at convenient intervals at
least annually or more frequently during the continuance of
thia truat, in the following manner and proportions:
(a) One-third thereof to my daughter, Joyce Hitch Gray
during her lifetime;
(b) One-third thereof to my daughter, Marjorie Hitch
Price during her lifetime;
(c) One-third thereof to my son, I~ C. Hitch, Jr. during
his lifetime;
(d) Upon the death of any of the above named children,
hie or her share o~ the truet eatate ehall be held and ad-
tninietered ae provided in the Trust Agreement dated
January a, 1965.
