fusal to serve of my son, F~ C. Hitch, Jr. , then Paul
_ Henry Hitch, Jane Joyce Hitch and James Charles Aitch,
_ at such times as they gball individually attain the age of
twenty-one year$, ahall serve as Co-Trustee~ together
with the Co-Trustees above named.
In the event of the death, resignation, inability or re-
fuaal to serve of my daughter, Joycz Aitch Gray, then
Bradford Hitch Gray and Chrietina Gray, at such times
as they ahall individually attain the age of twenty-one
yeara, shall serve as Co-Trustees together with the
Co-Trustees above named. ~
In all other respects, the Truat Agreement, dated January 2, 1985, is, by
Trustor, confirmed.
