and worldly goods, do publish and declare this to be my Last Will

and Testament, hereby revoking any other or former Will or Wills, ~
Codicil or Codicils thereto which have heretofore been made by me.
FIRST: I direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid as soon after my death as practical in the

~ manner hereinafter set out. I direct that any estate taxes shall
~be paid as hereinafter set out.
SECOND: In the event that I should predecease my wife,
MAR,JORIE H. PRICE, I give, devise and bequeath my property and
