MARJORIE H. PRICE, to be hers absolutely and in fee simple.
THIRD: In the event my said wife, MAItJORIE H. PRICE,
should predecease me, or should die within sixty (60) days after
, my death, then, in either of said events, I do give, devise and
bequeath all of my property and estate as follows:
A. I give, devise and bequeath to my son, KARICK ASA .
PRICE, the property in St. Lucie County, subject to the existing
indebtedness thereon at the time of my death.
C B. I give, devise and bequeath to my sons, W. K. PRICE,
III and KARICK ASA PRICE, my home in Orange County, Florida,
equally, share and share alike.
C. I give, devise and bequeath to my son, W. K. PRICE,
III, my interest in the Hitch-Gray Land and Cattle Company in
Oklahoma.
` D. I give, devise and bequeath all real property owned

. by me in Lake County, Florida, to W. K. PRICE, III, KARICK ASA
PRICE, and JACK A. PRICE, (and the survivor thereof), IN TRUST ~

is my intention that sufficient sums shall be paid to the said
W. K. Price, III and Gay Hargis Price, his wife, to enable them ~
to properly provide for the care, maintenance, health, education
