the care, maintenance, health, education and welfare of their said
children, then my Ti-ustee shall make such payments as may be
necessary directly to said children or to such persons or insti-
tutions as in their discretion may be necessary to properly provide
for such children.
(2) Should the incame fram the trust estate be in-
sufficiex~t~for the proper care, maintenanco, health; education and
camfort of the said beneficiaries, then my said Trustees are here-
by authorized in their discretion, to pay over and delfver to such
beneficiary or beneficiaries so much of the corpus or principal of
said Trust as my said Trusteea shall unanimously deem necessary.
~ (3) The decision of my said Trustees as to the applicati n
~ of any funds or any property to_income or principal shall be~final.
I (4) The Trustees are suthorized, in their discretion, to
` apply income or principal for any beneficiary instead of making
