(6) In making payments or applications or us~.ng any in-
come or principal for said beneficiaries, the Trustees will not
be required to treat all of the beneficiaries alike or equslly,
but shall take into conside~ation their respective needs, and thei
discretion in respect thereto shall be binding upon all parties

concerned.
- (7) This Trust shall terminate when the youngest child
of W. K. Price, III and~Gay Hargis Price, who is in being at the
time of my death, reaches the age of twenty-one (21) years. In
the event such youngest child in being at the time of my death
should himself die before reaching the age of twenty-one (21) year ,
, then this Trust shall teraninate at the time such child would have
~
reached such age had he or she lived. At the termination of this
Trust, my Trustee shall pay over and deliver the corpus of this

\ Trust and all accumulated undistributed incame, in equal shares,

to W. K. PRICE, III, GAY HARGIS PRICE, and to each of the children

; ^ N~ born of the marriage of W. K. Price, III and Gay Hargis Price who

are living at the termination date of this Trust. In the event

\ any of the above ultimate beneficiaries should die before the

I termination hereof, the gift of such beneficiaries shall cease and

lapse and the Trustee shall divide the same among the survivors.
