i F. I do give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
. and remafnder of my property, real, personal and mixed, of what-
soever kind and nature, wheresoever the same may be aituated,~to
my son, KARICK ASA PRICE. ,
FOURT~i: I do name, constitute and appoint my wife,
MARJORIE H. PRICE, as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament
I direct that my said Elcecutrix be not required to give any bond -
or security in connectfon with the admin~stration of my estate,
such bond or security being hereby waived. I direct that my
said Executrix be not required to file any inventory of my estate
or any report or reports of her acts or doings in connection with

the administration of my estate. -

In the event my said wife, MAItJORIE H. PRICE, shall die, ~
