such amount upon such terms, at such rates of interest and to such
persons, firm or corporation as they may deem advisable. ~

hereby.
(o) To engage attorneys, accountants, agents, custodian ,
clerks, investment counsel, and such other persons as they may
deem necessary iri the administration of my estate and any trust
created hereby, and to make such payments therefor as they may
deem reasonable, and to charge the expense thereof to incame and
