KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, the undersigned, do hereby make, constitute and appoint KARICK A.
PRICE, of Orlando, Florida, our true and lawful attorney, for us and in our
name, to grant, bargain and sell the following deacribed property, to-wit:
The Southwest Quarter (SW / 4) of Section Thirteen (13) and the
Southwest Quarter (SW/4j,of Section Fourteen (14), all in Town-
ship Thirty-$ix (36) South, Range Thirty-eight (38) East; the
Southwest Quarter (SW/4j of Section Eighteen (18), Township
Thirty-six (36) South, Range Thirty-nine (89), East, All in St.
Lucie County, State of Florida, coirtaining approximately 480 acres,
or any part thereof, for such price, and on such terms, as to him shall seem
meet, and for us, and in our name, to make, execute, acknowledge and deliver,
good and sufficient deeda and conveyances for the sa~e either with or without
covenants and warranty, giving and granting unto my said attorney full power
and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite
and necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents ar~d
purposes as we might or could do if personally present, with full power of sub-
scription and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said
attorney may do.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 2nd day
of August, 1968.
