A~ Beginning at a point where the North line of the land deacribed in Deed Boolc 149,
at page 73, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,( which said line is
hereinafter referred to as the "North line~intersecta the Easrerly right-of-way
a~ line of the Florida East Coast Railway; thence run Southerly along said Easterly
right-of-way line to a point intersected by a line parallel to said Vorth line and
