ration, as Trustee under Aqreesaent created by J. P. GRAF, dated
May 25, 1959, and having its principal place of business at Fort
Pierce, Florida, first party, ~o GEORGE W. KUSNNSTH and CLARA

Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, second party:
