ao-partnera, trading and doing buainess as Bluefield Dairy, *
a Florida partnership, the principal aum of Seventy-eight
T:ousand Seven Hundred Thirty-one Dollars and $ighty-nine
Cents ($78,731.89), to~ether with interest thereon Prom date,
at the rate of Six (6~~ per cent per annwa; said interest
b~ing payable semi-annually after date; both principal and
interest being payable in lawful moaey of the United States
or its equivalent, at ~.909 Tyl~r 3treet, c% $llis, Spencer
and Butler, Hollywood, Florida 33022, as apecified below, to-wit:

all requirementa necessary to hold each of them liable as
makers and endorsers.

attorney's fee in case the principal of this note or any payment
- on the principal or any interest thereon is not paid at the
respective maturity thereof, or in case it become8 neceasary to
protect the security hereof, whether suit be brought or not.
This note is secured by a Purehase Money Second
mortgage of even date herewith, and is to be construed~ and~ ~

note aecured by said Mortgage, all notea so secured by said
Mortgage, all notes so secured and remaining unpaid shall forth-
