according to the Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6 at Page 55,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together
with the right-of-way of i~lindsor Avenue lying betWeen Lots 59
and 60 aforesaid; Garden Avenue lying between Lots 63 and 64
aforesaid; Park Boulevard lying between Lots 65 and 66; and the
right-of-way between Lots 61 and 62, all of which said right-of-
waps have beea abandoned and the dedications revoked by Resolu-
tion No. 2060 passed and adopted bp the City Commission of the
City of Fort Pierce on February 13, 1961; sub3ect nevertheless to
an easement over the right-of-way lying between Lots 61 and 62
reserved by the City of Fort Pierce under the resolution above
referred to; TOGETBER with buildings and improvements thereon and
