The relief sought as to said property is to condemn said parcel
of land for the follawing purposes:,
(a) Public recreation area including but not limited
to, ball fields, tennis courts, shuffleboar~
court, all age groups recreational areas, parking,
picnicing, play equipment and-sanitary and drinking
facilities.
(b) Other municipal purposes
as set out in the Petition filed in this cause on Q~~~~~ ,
1968, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
St. Lucie County, Florida. -
That said suit is brought pursuant to the pawer of Eminent
Domain vested in the said Petitioner under its Charter and the laws
of the State of Florida.
