RIDER
9. To further secure unto the mortgagee the
pay~aent of the aforesaid note and the performance by
the aortgagor of all of his pro~nises and cove~nants
herein nade, the wortgagor has and does hereby transfer~
assign and set over unto the mortgagee all of the rents~
income and profits now or hereafter pertaining or
arising froe said property Nith full power and right
unto t~ie mortgagee to rece~ve and collect the sa~se;
provided~ hoxever~ that so long as the sortgagor shall
faithfully keep and perfor~ sach and every of his
pro~ises and covenants set forth ia said notd and set
forth in all other portiona of this sortgage and suffer
no default~in connectioa therewith~ the ~ortgagee shall
a11oW the wortgagor to collect and receive tha same.
