THiS IS A CORRSCTIVB MORTGAGB correctinq the namea of the
Mortgagors which appear in that certain Mortqage instrwnent, re-
corded in O.R. eook 173, at Paqe 2969, of the St. Lucie County
Public Records, by correctinq the names of the Mortqaqors to read
as siqned helow, said mortqaqe coverinq the real property described
in the Mortqage recorded in O.R. Book 173, at Paqe 2969.
This Corrective Mortqaqe contains all of the sama terme ae
the oriqinal Mmrtqaqe, and is subject to the saaie covenants and
obliqations as recorded in O.R. Book 138, at Paqes 115-118, of the
St. Lucie County Public Records.
This said mortqaqe is secured by a promisaory note in the
amount of $18,000.00 covering and secured by this mortgage on Lot
60 and 61, of Parkway Place, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 4, Page 7, of the St. I,ucie County Public Records.
