In consideration of Qne ~$1.00) Dollar to the undersigned
paiii bq the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a Florida municipal corporation
a~d-the execution of the attached grant of right of way easement
by the awners of the land therein described, the undersigned being
the awner and holder of Right of Reverter as evidenced by a deed
dated M$y 24, 1946 and filed June 3, 1946 and recorded in the office
of the Clerk ~f the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie Countq, State
of Florida in Deed Book 125, page 316,conveying for that purpose the
lands described in the grant of right of way easement, which grant
is recorded in 0. R. Book 173 at page 966 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby grants to the
CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a Florida municipal corporation, its successors
and assigns, the same right of way described in the aforesaid grant
of right of way easement, and agrees that such right of way easement
shall be prior and paramount to all lands under said reverter clause
or right of reverter and that any reversion of same shall be subject
i to such right of way easement.
