THIS WARRANTY DEED Made and executed this ~ day of

a non-profit corporation existinq under the laws of the State of
Florida and under'a Charter fran the Grand Lodge of Florida,
hereinafter called the grantor, to KENNETB L. PHILLIPS and

Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, hereinafter called the grantee:

include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs,

That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
