C. R. McDONALD, JR., first beinq duly sworn, deposes
and says that he is an Attorney practicing law in Fort Pierc~, and
is Attorney for Citizens Federal Savings and Loa?n Association, and
the said Citizens Federal has two separate mortqage instruments,
co~~ering the following-described real property, and each of these
descriptions amit the proper block number from said followinq-des-
cribed real property, which proper block nwnber is BLOCR TW~O, and
this Affidavit is hereby filed to correct said leqal description by
?nsertinq therein the said BLOCR TWO, which was erroneously omitted
from said two mortgaqes, these mortgages beinq recorded in O.R.Book
169, at Paqe 2080-2081, and O.R. Book 169, at Paqes 2082-2083,
covering the following-described real property:
South 15 feet of Lot 7 and all of Lot 8,
of MARION HEIGATS SUBDIVISION, according
to a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
10, Page 28, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
THE ABOVS DSSCRIPTION SHOULD HAVE HAD BLOCR
TWO INSSRTED BETWEEN THE LOT AND T~iB NAi~?
OF THE SOBDIVISION.
South 30 feet of Lot 6 and North 45 feet of
Lot 7, of MARION HEIGBTS SUBDIVISION, accord-
inq to a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
10, Paqe 28, of the Public Records of St.
; Lucie County, Florida.

TWO INSERTED BETWEEN T8E LOT AND THE NAME OF
THE SOBDIVISION.
The undersiqned further did a title search and note
that one parcel of the above property was deeded to Goodner, and
said deed recited that it was subject to the mortqage recorded in
O.R. Book Z69, at Page 2080, and the remaining property is under
an Aqreement for Deed with Gaunet, and that property is subject to
the mortgage recorded in O.R. Book 169, at Page 2082.
