THIS INDSNTURS Made this 16th day of October, A. D.
1968, by and between the Trustees of the Internal Improvement
Fund of the State of Florida, parties of the first part, and
City of Fort Pierce, a municipal corporation, existinq under
the lawa of the State of Florida, party of the second part;
W I T N E S S E T 8:
That the parties of the first part are the owners in
fee of the hereinafter described premises, constituting praperty
used and possessed by the Florida Department of Agriculture for
the Fort Pierce State Farmers Market, which agency has agreed .
to the proposed use of this land under this instrumentj and

of Maravil~a Gardena Subdiviaion as per plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 62,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
said praperty lying in the Southwest 1/4 .
of Section 27, Tawnship 35 South, Range 40
East.
