This easement is made for the purpoae of giving and
grantinq to the party of the second part', its successors, legal
representatives and assigns, a right of way and perpetual ease-
ment in and to the above described lands for the installation
and maintenance of a water rain and its related appurtenances,
but for no other use or purpose.
TO HAVB AND TO HOLD the same unto the second party,
its successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WH$REOF, the said parties of the first part
have hereunto subscribed their names and have caused the official
seal of the Truatee8 of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State
of Florida to be hereunto affixed, in the City of Tall ssee,
Florida, on the date first hereinabove set forth.
