trict, a Special Taxing District, as Petitioner, has this day in-
stituted suit in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Cir-
cuit of the State of Florida, in and for St. Lucie County, by ~
filing a Petition in eminent domain proceedings against all persons
and parties having or claiming any interest or lien in or against
