SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE Made and executed the .3~ day of October, A. D.
1968, by FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LAAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, a corporation existing under the laws of the United States of America,
and having its principal place of business at Fort Pierce, Florida, party of
