A hereto including all of the easemants, rights, privileges
and sppurtensnces~ thereunto belonging or in ar~yMise apper-
taining, and all of the estate, right, titie, intereat, clsi~a
or demsnd Mhatsoever oP the Mortgagor therein and in the
etreets and Maye ad~acent thereto, elther in la~ or in-equity,
in po~seeeion or expectancy, no~ or hereafter acquired.
"Involuntary Re.te" meane the hig,her of the rate of
interest per annum provided in the Note or 10~ but in no
event to exceed the meu~cimum rate alloxed by la~?.
All terms of this Mortgage which axe not defi~ned above
have the meaning set forth in this Mortgage.--
