SECTION 1.03. (a) The Mortgagor fort2nrith upon the

ment creating a lien or evidencing the lien hereof upon the
Chnttels and each instrument of further assarance to be Piled,

be required by any present or futare laM 3n order to publish
notice of and fully to protect the lien hereof upon, and the
interest of the Mortgsgee-in, the Mortgaged Propertq.
(b) The Mortgagor xill pay all filir~g, registration
or recording feea, and sll ~cpenaee incident to the prepdr~tion,
execution and acknoxledgment of thia Mortgage, euy,q mortgage sup-
plemental hereto, at~? security inatrament•Mith reapect to the
Chattels, snd ar~q instrument oP further assurence, arld all fed-
eral, state, county and municipal stamp taxes and other tnxes,
dutiee, imposts, assessments and chargee arising out oP or in
connection ~ith the execution snd delivery.of the Rote, this
Mortgage, a~q mortgage eupplemental hereto, ar~y security inetru-
~aent xith respect to the Chattels or anq instrument of Purther
aesurance.

principal and interest and all other ewna to become due in
respect of tha Note at the time and plaee and in the manner
