issuea, income and profits of the Mortgaged Property or arising
in reapeat of the occupsncy, use or poeeession thereof. The
Mortge~gor xill, upoh ~he request of the Mortgagee, deliver tc the
Mortgagee receiptB evidencing the payment of sll such teucea, a$-
seasments, levie8, fees, rents and other public charges imposed
upon or daseeeed against it or the Mortgeged Property or the
revenues, rents, issues; income or profits thereof.
The Mortgagee may, at ite option to be exercised
by thirty (30) a~rs? Mritten notice to the Mortgagor9 require
the depoeit by the Mortgagor, at the time of each monthly
