Throughout the term of this Mortgege, the Mortgagor xill deliver
to the Mortgagee such other information Mith respect,,to the
Mortgagor as the Mortgagee may reasonably request from time to
timee Al1 financial ststements of the Mortgagor shall be pre-
pared in accoraance xith generally nccepted accour~ting practice,
8hd11 be delivered in duplicate, and! shall be sccompanied by
the certificate of a principal financial or accounting officer
of the Mortgagor, dated xithin Pive (5) d~ya of the delivery oP
such statements to the Mortgagee, stating that he lano~s of no
Event of Defsult, nor of a~y default ~hich ~fter notice oP lapse
of time or both ~ould constitute an Event of Default, ~hich has
occurred and ie continuing, or, if any such default or Event of
Defsult has occurred and is continuing, specif'~?ing the nature
and period of existence-thereof e.nd ~hat action the Mortgegor

as otherNise specified, stating that the Mortgagor has fulfilled
all its obligations under this Mortgage Khich are required to be

in person or xithin five (5) days upon request by mail, ~ill
furnish a Mritten stdtement duly acknoxledged of the amount aue
