Mortgage, or in aid oP the execution oP any power herein granted, ; or for any forecloeure .hereunder, or for the enforce- ~ ~ ~ ment of any other appropriate legal or equitable remedy or otherwise as the Mortgegee ahall elect. SECTION 2.02. (a) The Mortgagee may ad~ourn from time to time any aale by it to be made under or by virtue of thie Mortgage by annpuncement at the time and place appointed Por auch eale or for auch ad~ourned saZe or $ales; a~nd, except ae otherwiae provided by any applicable provision of law, the Mortgagee, without further notice or publication, ma~y make ~uch aale at the time and place to which the same ahall be ao ad~ourned. (b) Upon the completion of any sale or ealee made by the Mortgagee under or by virtue of ~hia Article II, the Mortgagee, or an ofPicer of any court empowered to do eo, aha~ll execute and deliver to the accepted purchaaer or purchaeers a good and euffi- cient inetrument, or good and aufficient inetrument~, conveying, aaeigning and tranaferring all eatate, right, title and intereat in and to the property snd righta eold.
