sale of the Mortgaged Property, and of the applicstion of the
proceede oY ssle, as in thia Mortgage provided, to the p~yment
of the debt hereby secured, the Mortgagee ahall be entitled to
enf'orce payment of, and to receive all amounta then remainiYag ~
due and unpaid upon, the Note, and to enforce pa~yme~t of all
other charges, payments and costa due under thia Mortg~ge, and
ahall be entitled to recover ~ud~ent for ar~y portion of the
debt r~maining unpaid, with interest. 1n case of proceedings
