the Mortgagee may be exercised from time to time aa often as

Mortgage or in the Note shsll a~fect the obligation of the
Mortgagor to pay the grincipal of, and interest on, the Note
in the ma~ner and at the time and place therein respectively
expressed.
SECTION 2.07. The M~ortgagor will not at a~y time
insist upon, or plead, or in a,~y mamner whatever claim or take
a~y benefit or advantage of any stay or exter~sion dr mora~
torium Is?w, at~y exemption from execution or sale of the Mort-
gaged Pro~erty or arLy part thereof, wherever eryacted, n~w or
at ar.~r time hereafter ia~ ~orce, which m~y aYfect the cover~a~nts
