In the event aY~y oae or more of the provi8lons contained in thia l~iortgage or in the Tote shall for a~y reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforce- able in a~y respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforce- ability ahall, at the option of the Mortgagee, not affect a~r other proviaion of thia l~ortgsge, but this Mortgage shsll be construed as it such invalid, illegal or unenforce- able provision had never been contained herein or therein. SECrIOa 3.02.
