payaent of the aforesaid note and the perfo~rwance by '

herein wade, the wortgagor has and does hereby transfer~
assign and set over unto the aortgagea all of the rents~
inco~e and profits nor+ or hsreafter psrtaining or
arising fro~ said property with full porer and right

provided, however~ that so lo~g aa the ~ortgagor shail
faithfully keep and perfor~a each and svery of his
prosises and covenants set forth in said not~ and set
forth in all other portiona of this 'ortgage and suffer
no default in connection therewith~ the ~ortgagee shali
allor the sortgagor to collect and recsive the same.
