RSSOiI,UTION NO. 68-122
WH$REAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission
after holding a public hearing on September 26~, 1968, of which 1

due notice was published at least fifteen (15) days prior to said k
hearing, has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of
- St. Lucie County,that the following amendment to'the Comprehensive '
Zoning Resolution for St. Lucie County be adopted; and
WH$R~AS, said Board of County Comanissioners held a public
hearing on said recomanendation on November 5, 1968 after first
publishing a notice of said hearing in The News Tribune, published
in Fort Pierce, Florida, on the 14th day of October, 1968, said
date being at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of said ~
hearing.
NOW, T~REFORE, BE IT RSSOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 5th day of
November, 1968, that the Comprehensive Zoning Resolution for St.
'~i Lucie County be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

` 1. Amend "PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES AND STRUCTURES" in 4

~ B-3 District by adding: aCanvas shop, electrical contractor,

sign shop and upholstering shop.° s
