KNOW ALL MEN BY THE3E PRF.~EN~3: Thnt Whereas, it ia propoaed
by St. Lucie County to locate, constzuct, maintain and/or improve
a County Road in said County; and,
WHEREAS, A portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
section of Yoad ia eubject to mortQaQe

by the undersiqned; and,
WHEREAS, On behalf af 3t. Lucie County a request has been made
for the undersiqned to subordinate said encumbrance to the propetty
rights of St. Lucie County in and to the portion of the premises
hereinafter deaaribed.
' NOW, 7~iEREFORE, WITNE~SETH: That for and in consideratfon of
the pre~ises and one dollar and other qood and valuable conaidera-
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby-acknowledqed, the undersiqned
subordinates said encumbrance to the propertq riqhts o~ 3t. Lucie
