PINAL DBCREE OP DIViORCE
1HIS CAUSE coming on for Pinal Hearing on April 12, 1965,
and the Court having heard the testimony of the Plaintiff and her
corroborating witness, and having reviewed all exhibits filed ~
herein, and finding that the equities are with the Plaintiff and
against the Defendant, and being otherwise duly advised in the
premises, it is, upon consideration,

I ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows:

l. That the Plaintiff, BETTY E. ZBOROWSKI, be, and- she is

hereby, granted a decree of absolute divorce, a vinculo matrimonii, ;

from and against the Defendant, SEVERYN A. ZBOROWSKI,.and that the ~
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between the parties hereto ~
be severed. '

2. That the Plaintiff, BETTY E. ZBOROWSKI, be, and she is
hereby, granted the permanent custody and control of the two minor
children of the patties hereto, to wit: LISA ZBOROWSKI and LINDA
Z~OROWSKI, and that the Defendant, SEVERYN A. ZBOROWSKI, be, and

he is hereby, granted the right to visit said children at all

reasonable times and places, and the husband shall have the right

to ha ve said children visit with him, at his own expense, for no i
more than twice each year during the school vacation periods, and
each of said visits shall not exceed four weeks, and there shall
be an intervening period of at least two months between the taking
