(d) In the eveot that general real estate taxes for any tax year or part thereof wit6in the~term hereby demised apply to the land only, the provisions of this eatire tax article shall be and remain operative in the same manner and to the same extent as thongL said tanea applied to both land end building. (e) The lessor ahall f~rniah the Government tax bills and copies of all notices w6ic6 may affect the valaation of said land and bnildings for general real estate tax purposes or whic6 may effect the levy or asaeasment of general real estate taxes thcreon. Snc6 notices and tax bills shall be delivered or mailed within three days _ from the receipt thereof by the lessor to: - Atlenia Genra ia 30304 ' , or to such other officer as 6e may in writing d'uect. T6e lessor shall cause payment of said general real eatate taxes to be made under pwtest when requeated to do so by the Government. T6e Government may contest the amount or validity of any valaation for general real estete tax purposes or of any levy or assessment of any general re~l estate taYes by appropriate legal proceedings eit6er in the name of the Government or the aame of the lessor or in the names of both. T6e lessor upon reasonable notice and reqnest by the Government shall join ~ in any suc6 proceeding, but the lessor shall aot be subject to any liability for the peyment of penalties, costs or eupenses ia connection with any proceedinga brought by the Government and the Government 6ereby cove- nents to indemnify and save 6armless the lessor from any such penalties, costs or expenses. 'I'he lessor shall ~ cooperate w1 ti~be Government in any snch contest or proceeding end execnte any documents or pleadinga re- ~ quired for snch purpose pmviding t6e lessor ahall reasonably be satisfied that the facts, and data set forth in snch docmnents or pleadings are accurate. In t6e event t6e lessor fails to preaeat to t6e Goveroment the general real estate tax bills wit6in three days from the receipt thereof by lessor and snch failure resnlts in the addition of any fine, penalty, interest or cost to the amount of taz or the losa of any discount w6ich woald have been allowed by tLe ta~cing authority for prompt payment of tax, t6e lessor will be responsible and liable for payment of anch fine, penalty, interest, cost orthe amonnt of lost discount and the Government will be liable only for payment of the'net taxes lesa suc6 discount as would have been allowed for prompt payment. 4. `I'he lessor ahall have this amendment recorded at ite own cost and expense. 5.
