THIS INDENTURE made this 3~ day of October, A.D. 1968,
between FORT PIERCE SHOPPING CENrER, INC., a Florida corporation,
(hereinafter called Graintor) , and SAI~ATEL P. MANDELL and MYER B.
MARCUS, TRUSTEES, of the County of Philadelphia, Co~m~nonwealth of
~ Pennsylvania, (hereinafter called Grantees);
