hereinafter called the Mortgagors, which term shall include the heirs, legal representatives, successors
and assigns of the Mortgagors wherever the context so requires or admits, to GULF LIFE INSUR-
ANCE COMPANY. a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State
of Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagee, which term shall include the successors and assigns of the
Mortgagee wherever the context so requires or admits.
WITNESSES: That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the
aggregate sum named in the promissory note hereinafter described, the Mortgagors do hereby grant,
bargain. sell~ alien, remise. release. convey and confirm unto the 1blortgagee, the land. of which the Mort-
gagors are now seized and possessed and in actual possession. situate in the County of St. Lwcie
and State of Florida, described as follows, to-wit:

TOGETHER with all agricultural, horticultural and fruit crops, now planted and/or growing, and
hereafter planted, grown or raised on the above described premises, and all and singular the fixtures
appurtenant thereto. which shall include, in so far as they now are or may hereafter belong to or be
used with the premises or any buildings or improvements thereon and whether attached or detached;
aU lighting, heating~ cooling, ventilating, air-conditioning, incinerating, sprinkling, and plumbing fix-
tures; irrigating, water, and power systems; engines and machinery; boilers, ranges, furnaces, oil
burners, or units thereof; elevators and motors; refrigeration plants or units; kitchen cabinets; cook-
ing appliances ; wall beds ; storm windows and doors ; window and door screens ; awnings ; window
shades; shrubbery; rugs and carpeting; and all property now or hereafter attached to or reasonably
necessary to the use of the premises, all of which shall be deemed to be fixtures and shall be part of the
security for the indebtedness herein mentioned and shall be covered by this mortgage; and together with
all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways, streets, alleys, passages, waters, water courses,
rights, liberties, privileges, easements, tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto apper-
taining, and the reversions and remainders. rents~ issues, and profits thereof, all of the said property,
whether real or personal, being hereinafter designated as "the premises." i
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the tenements, heredita- -
ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the rents, issues and
prnfits thereof unto the Mortgagee in fee simple.
And the Mortgagors hereby covenant with the Mortgagee: that the Mortgagors are indefeasibly :
seized of said land in fee simple; that the Mortgagors have full power and ]~wful right to convey said
land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mortgagee at all times hereafter peaceably #
and quietly to enter upon, hold, xcupy and enjoy said land; that said land, and every part thereof, is free F
from all liens and incumbrances; that the ~iortgagors will make such other and further assurances to
perfect the fee simple title to said land in the Mortgagee as may hereafter reasonably be required; and
that the Mortgagors do hereby fully warrant the title to said land and every part thereof and will de-
fend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
