~ The petition of SARAH KAI`TOR respectfully shows:
1. Heretofore on November 1, 1961, Ancillary Letters
Testanaentary were issued to her ir? the above entitled cause.
2. All expenses of acicninistration and claims against
the estate have been paid.
3. All Federal and Florida Estate taxes have been paid,
and there has been filed in this cause a Receipt from the
~ Comptroller of the State of Florida as Co~nissioner of Revenue,
acknowledging that he has received payment in full settlement ~
of the Florida Estate tax in the above estate.
4. The Ancillary Administratrix now has on hand the
following assets for transfer to SARAH KANTOR as Executri.x
of the Last Will and Testament of DAVIl~ KANTOR, Deceased,
pursuant to her appoint]ment by the Surrogate of Rockland
County, New York, on August 4, 1961:
(a) an undivided thirty (30%) percent interest in:
All of lots 1 and 2, in Section 11, Township
~ 37 South, Range 41 East, except the lands
° foYmerly conveyed to W. I. Allen and a strip
~ of land containing 15 acres adjoining the
W.I. Allen lands on the South line, from
the Indian River on the West to the Atl$ntic
. Ocean on the East and far enough South to ~
~ make the South line of this 15 acre trac~ ~
parallel to the North line, the lands hereby 4
described containing 19.67 acres; ALSO, the `
North 14.08 acre~ of I~ots 3 and 4 in Section
11, Township 37 South, Range 41 East, and
running fro~n the Indian River oin the West
to ~he ~#tlantic Ocean on the East and so far
South from the North line of said Lots 3 and
