The petition of SARAH KANTOR for final discharge as
Ancillary Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of DAVID
KANTOR, deceased, came on this day to be heard, and it appearing
therefrom that all expenses of aciministration and claims against
the es~ate have been paid and that all Federal and Florida
Estate tax claims have been paid in full, and that she is en-
titled to discharge upon making distribution to the domiciliary
executrix and filing satisfactory evidence thereof, and it !

further appearing that the said Ancillary Executrix now has on
hand the following assets for distribution:
(a) An undivided thirty (30~) percent interest in:
; All of lots 1 and 2, in Section 11, Township
~ 37 South, :tange 41 ~ast, except the lamds
~ foranerly conveyed to W. T. Allen and a strip
f of land containing 15 .acres adjoinind the ~

parallel to the North line, the lands hereby

11, Township 37 South, Range 41 East, and
running fraan the Indian River on the West
to the Atlantic Ocean on the East an d so far
~ South from the. North li.ne of said Lots 3 and
4 to make or contain 14.08 acres of land, more
