promissory note described in item (c) above, and which

Plan of Lots on Buena Vista Drive (also known
as M.C. Meagher & Co. Subdivision) according
to the plat thereof, -recorded in Plat Book 6,
page 9 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida; and Lot 10 of Plan o2' Lots on Buena
Vista Drive (also ~rnown as NI.C. Meagher & Co.
Subdivision) according to the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 6, page 9 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, also known as
3521-3525 N. W,~ 7th Avenue, Miami, Florida. °
(e) Cash in the sum oF $9,386.71 representing
cash proceeds of the sale of real property described in
item (c) hereof and proceeds of mortgage described in
item (c).
