BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personall.y
appeared CAROLYN SIKORSKI who, upon first being duly sworn, did
depose and say:
1. That she has personal lmowledge of all of the facts' stated
herein.
2. 'I'hat she is a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, and was
a personal friend and acquaintance of John Vincent Brothers and Nancy Ruth
Brothers, his wife, from 1960 until the death of the said John Vincent
Brothers on September 23, 1968.
3. Z"hat the said John Vincent Brothers and Nancy Ruth Brothers,
his wife, were the grantees in that certain warranty deed from Cody L.
~ Baitey and Carolyn A. Bailey, his wife, dated April 23, 1965, filed April 26,
1965 in Official Record Book 116 at page 385 of the public records of St, Lucie
County, Florida, which conveyed the following described property to the
grantees therein:
Lot 3 and the West half (1 / 2) of Lot 4, Block 54 of Unit One, SAN
LUCIE PLA ZA, a subdivision accordi.ng to the Plat thereof recorded -
~ in Plat Book 5, at page 57, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. SUBJECT TO restrictions, reservations and rights of way
of record.
4. That the said John Yincent Brothers and Nancy Ruth Brothe rs _
were married to each other on ApriZ 23, 1965 and that the said ma.rital
relationship continued without interruption until the death of the said John
Vincent Brothers on September 23, 1968, and further affia,nt sayeth not.
