DEED OF ANCILLA..~tY EXECUTRIX
THIS INDENTURE, made this day of
1968, between Barbara F. Holland, as Ancillary Executrix of the Last Will
a.nd Testament of Robert L. Fowler, Deceased, Grantor; and Roger W. Adams,
whose mailing address is Box 141, Balboa Heights, Canal Zone, (Panama),
Grantee;
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor, by virtue of the power and authority to her
given in and by said Last Will and Testament, and in consideration of the
sum of Thirty-One Thousand Dollars (~31, 000.00) to her paid by the Grantee,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
aliened, remised, released, conveysd and confirmed and by these presents
does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm
unto the Grantee, his heirs and assigns forever, the following described
land, sifiuate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie and State of
Florida, to-.~vit;
The South 330 feet of the North 660 feet of the South
1320 feet of the North 3662 feet of Block 4 of ALAN
WILSON GROVES, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
; Book 12 at page 50 of the public records of St. Lucie
~ ~ County, Florida, containing 19. 43 acres, (less the
! West 5 feet of said described land, heretofore con-
f veyed to the State of Florida for the use and benefit of

SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to a 60 foot easement along
the East boundary and an 85 foot easement along the
W est boundary;
together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and appur-
tenances there~unto belonging, or in a~wise appertaining; and the reversion
and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof; and also all the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession,
claim and demand whatsoever, both in law and equity, which the Testator
had in his lifetime, and at the time of his decease, and which the Grantor
