THIS INDBNTURE. Made this 5~ day of Noveiaber, 1968, between MARY

:~~LAMONT, of Dade County, Florida, individually and as Executrix of the
~ Last Will and Testament, and 8state, of May I,amont, deceased, party of
` the first part, and SANFORD G. GIBSON and JEANNS P. GIBSON, husband and

wife, of St. Lucie County, Florida, and whose mailing addresses are Route

1, Box 716, For~ Pierce, Florida, parties of the second part, WITNSSSETB:
W~REAS, the said May Lamont departed this life in St. Lucie County,
Florida, on the 23rd day of November, 1967, leavi.ng a Last Will and Tes-
tament wherein the party of the first part was named as Executrix therein,
and
WHEREAS, said I,ast Will and Testament has been duly admitted to probate
on the 6th day of December, 1967, by the County JLidge of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and
WF~REAS, the said Mary Lamont is the duly qualified and aeting Executrix
of the Last Will and Testament, and Estate, of May Lamont, deceased, and
under the tenas and provisions of said Last Will and Testament the said
Mary Laraont is duly empowered to sell and dispose of the real and personal
property belonging to the said testatrix at the time of her death.
NanT THEREFORE the said party of the first part, by virtue of the power
and authority to her qiven i.n and by the terms and provisions of the said
Last Will and Testament of May Lamont, and in consideration of the sum of
Z'hirty-two Z'housand and Five Hundred Dollars, does hereby grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto the parties of the second part and their heirs and

assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land lying and being i.n St.
Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:

the Northeast Quarter (NE~) of Section ~relve (12) ,
Townshf.p T'hirty-five (35) South, Range Z'hirty-nine
(39) East, I.E39 AND EXCEPTING, however, all existing
right of ways thereover for public road and drainage
canal purposes, containing 20 acres, more or less, °
